Location: Remote - Nationwide

Work Hours: 7 AM - 6 PM CST

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Call doctors' offices, hospitals and billing companies to offer valuable medical reimbursement products that will assist them in maintaining a seamless, aggravation-free reimbursement process
  • Make follow-up calls and build/maintain positive customer relationships

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 6+ months of healthcare sales/account management experience
  • 1+ year of experience handling complex and difficult accounts
  • 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ year of experience working in sales and customer service
  • 6+ months of call center/telemarketing experience (in home and or on site)
